I can't open my account to send money to the Philippines just reset my access to my cellphone or to my account. Every month I'm sending money to the Philippines at least 3 to 5 times every month so if you could give me a help I will proceed my sending money to the Philippines hope you could do it right now. Hi this Anjana I work in celebrity cruise line on 16th of October there is two fraud transactions of 1000$ each twice total 2000$ from my brightwell account I called remitly customer care on 18th October and reported the incident and the person told me they will get back to me,however I havent received any email from remitly. On the 28 November I sent money to Malawi. And as usual you took dubble the amount
So i want you guys to let go of money that is pending in your accounts.
The amount is 3 029,90. Like I said you took that twice and you can see that on your system.

Suspended account
Have had Remitly account for years. I havent used it recently.
Tried to send money last night. They asked for more verification. They then pended the transaction. Was on a chat with customer service and all of a sudden I was kicked off the site and received a message that my account was suspended for a rules violation.
I called and the rep told me they werent allowed to disclose the violation and my account could not be reinstated. So I have no idea what the violation was.

I am a Canadian living in Mexico for the winter. I used Remitly to send rent to my Mexican landlady from my Canadian bank account.
The money was deducted from my account on October 31st. It is now November 4th, and my landlady has still not received the money. When I talk to customer service, I get connected to India and the people there do not have a clue; in fact, they gave me horrible advice. If I had listened to them, the transfer would have taken even longer.
I talked to a supervisor and was told it could take 3 to 5 business days. Nowhere on the site does it mention that it could take this long. It states that delivery should be within 12 hours. Obviously, if they had been honest on the site, I would have never used their service.
We are seniors, and my wife is disabled. We live on a pension and are in jeopardy of being evicted from our apartment.

They wanted my document .eg ID thats why bank statement of the bank which i was using before and now dont have that bank acount . I have nother one which im using which swed bank
Remitly answered my question very fast.
I was not able to transfer money to a BBVA bank. I thought it could be on my Remitly side, but it is not.
User's recommendation: I do not recommend people getting BBVA bank in Mexico. I highly recommend sending money through Remitly.

It was efficient and quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Remitly to anyone who is in a hurry to send funds to where it to be.
