One of the worst experiences I had while sending money was with Remitly.It has been one year now, but the recipient has not yet received the money.

I have called Remitly more than 100 times I guess, but they will always say that they are working on it. They never called me back. They are a fraud company. In their company policy it is written that if the money is not received by the client then they would return the money.

But forget returning, they don't even bother returning calls or update the status of the transfer.I have really given up hope of getting back the money now.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Bizarre and misleading.

I didn't like: Unable to deliver on promise, Irresponsiblity, Customer dis-service.
