I sent money to my niece on November 14th; however, she was turned away because the system was unavailable. She came back the next day to find out that the account did not have any money.
I called Remitly on November 17, 21, 24, and 27 and every time I called I get the same answer "you will get an email in 24 to 48 hours letting you know the status of your claim" an email that I never seem to receive.
I am still waiting for an answer and for them to refund my money. Do not trust them, the way they conduct business gives you the feeling that you are dealing with a money laundry company that a money transfer company.
