When I'm sending money to India, they ask me to authorize from the bank, and then the bank sends me a message to authorize, and I click on done; then my full money is stuck there. If someone has no money to survive, then what will he do?

They are debating my bank account and I dont even know how are who this company is I will be reporting it to the bbb Im very confused upset I cant even begin to understand what is going on yall need to stop scamming people like this no one has money to give away I never experienced this before and I am going to o get to the bottom

No more details of what happened. I got a fast reaction, even with network troubles; customer service doesn't hang up the calling. I got help quickly, so I'm satisfied.

I was instructed to delete my account and register a new one, but now I can't sign up for a new one because I am in Zimbabwe, Africa, where Remitly doesn't have signup options to send money from Zimbabwe. So now I don't have an account. How can my issue be resolved?

My experience was good the where friendly and patient with me.the were very professional at the same time.i can remitly and anyone.

I sent money to Access Bank in Nigeria. They said they have no business with Remitly, so I should call Remitly to retrieve back the money.

The person went to the bank with the number given to pick up the money and was told that, Access Bank doesn't transact business with Remitly.

I was cheated out of almost 1000, not by the company itself, but by using it. And the company was not even interested in checking the situation.

That someone can use their services to steal from customers. They didn't even read my email, let alone reply. My account is blocked, I don't know if it's by the company or scammers.

Because I don't have any answer. And I have written many times.

The company completely ignored me.

The customer service is of poor quality; it ends the chat within a few minutes and is very limited in providing services for customers. It does not allow for advanced verification and processing of transactions.

It rejects a lot of transactions and provides no notifications for rejected transactions. It treats the rejection of important transactions as no big deal, and does not want to compensate for or assume responsibility.

I made a transaction over 10 days ago. They've not received it until now, and I was told to wait for ten working days. I've not yet received my money.
